The Dunlop 474P3.0 is the 3.0mm Stubby Jazz, the thickest gauge in the Stubby Jazz range. It is made of translucent dark purple Lexan, with the JD logo, Stubby and 3.0mm embossed on the grip panel, and pairs a compact body with a pointed Jazz-style tip.

Dunlop contours the Stubby for a smooth release from the string and gives it an extremely positive attack for fast licks. The gripping surface makes a small, thick pick easier to hold, and Lexan gives it strength and durability. At 3.0mm it suits players who want a rigid pick for lead lines and fast single-note work, and it is a pick worth keeping a few of in the gig bag or on a mic stand pickholder.
