The Neutrik NE8FF is an etherCON RJ45 feedthrough coupler for extending network cables. Both ends are female etherCON receptacles, so it joins two etherCON cable connectors (Neutrik NE8MC), two standard RJ45 plugs, or one of each, in a single in-line joiner.

It is a practical way to extend network runs in touring, stage, broadcast and installation systems without re-terminating a cable. Both sides use Neutrik's latch-lock system, and the black-plated aluminium shell keeps the joint compact. Neutrik rates it for 1 to 100MHz. Before using it in place of a newer Cat6A or weather-protected coupler, check the network category and environmental protection your system needs.
