This Kirlin adaptor is a 3.5mm to 1/4-inch headphone adaptor, with a 3.5mm stereo (TRS) socket on one end and a 1/4-inch (6.35mm) stereo (TRS) jack plug on the other. It lets headphones or in-ears with a 3.5mm plug connect to the 1/4-inch headphone output on a mixer, audio interface, amp, keyboard or personal monitor system.

It is a one-piece metal adaptor with nickel-plated contacts and a knurled collar on the socket end for grip. Because it is stereo throughout, it carries both left and right channels, so it is the right adaptor for headphones rather than a mono instrument jack. It is small enough to keep a spare in the laptop bag, FOH kit or stick bag.
