The Ultimate Ears IPX replacement IEM cable fits UE Pro custom in-ear monitors made after April 2018, which use UE's IPX (T2) cable connection. UE built the IPX system to stand up to touring and cut down on service and maintenance: the connection is sweat-resistant and IP67-certified, the cable has built-in earloops at the earpiece end, and it finishes in a gold-plated right-angle 3.5mm jack.

It is the cable to carry as a spare for a set of post-2018 UE customs, so a lead that fails on tour can be swapped straight away. Pick the length to suit how you are wired: 50in (127cm) for a belt pack, 64in (162.5cm) for extra reach, or 96in (244cm) for drummers, DJs and anyone connecting to a pack, amp or mixer further away. It plugs into anything with a 3.5mm output; equipment with a quarter-inch socket needs an adaptor.

Before ordering, compare the connector on your current cable with the photos. UE customs made between September 2010 and April 2018 use the SL connector, and earlier ones the U2; both need different cables, which we list separately.

Only thing with this is it not matching the other clear ultimate ears replacement cables. This black did not come with any branding or cable fasteners on… Thanks so much for rapid delivery though!
