Dunlop Tortex Flex 1.14mm is the heaviest gauge in the Flex Standard range: a standard-shape pick, white with purple Flex print. It keeps the familiar textured Tortex grip and adds the flexibility and warmth of nylon, so it feels solid in the hand without being completely rigid.

The extra firmness suits fast single-note playing, heavy rhythm work and bass lines that need a defined attack, and Dunlop's aim with Flex is a little more thickness in the tone. Buy singles to stock exactly the number of spares a player needs for a tour or a run of sessions.
