The Dunlop 5400 Polish Cloth is a microfibre cloth made from 80% polyester and 20% polyamide. The material is untreated, and Dunlop makes it for applying lemon oil, polish and string cleaner.

Because the cloth is not pre-treated, it only puts on your instrument what you choose to apply. Use it with a spray polish such as Dunlop Formula No. 65, which goes onto a clean, dry cloth rather than straight onto the finish, or with a fretboard oil on an unfinished fingerboard. Keep one in the gig bag or case pocket to wipe down the strings, neck and body after playing. It is a pale yellow cloth with pinked edges and the Dunlop logo.
