The Neutrik NA3FF is a 3-pole female-to-female XLR gender changer: a compact, pre-wired coupler that joins two male XLR connectors. It is the quick fix when a run turns up with the wrong gender at the end, for example two cables that both finish on male plugs, or a male XLR output that has to meet a male-ended cable.

Each female end has a latch lock to hold the mating plug, and the shell is rugged zinc diecast, based on Neutrik's XX Series. It is small enough to keep a couple in every fly pack, cable trunk or stage-box drawer.
