Product Features / Specifications

• Resistance: 250K
• Type: no-load (tone control out of circuit at 10)
• Shaft: 3/8in solid shaft
• Part: genuine Fender replacement

This genuine Fender 250K no-load solid shaft potentiometer is the replacement part for the no-load tone control used in Fender's Delta Tone system on Fender American series electric guitars. It works as a normal tone control from 1 to 9; at 10 the tone control is taken out of the circuit altogether, for increased output and fuller overall tonal response.

It fits most US- and Mexico-made Fender instruments that take a 3/8in solid-shaft pot and uses a set-screw control knob. Check the shafts on your guitar before ordering: split (knurled) shaft pots take push-on knobs instead. 250K is the value normally paired with single-coil pickups. Mounting hardware and a .022µF 250V tone capacitor are included, so it can go straight into a repair or a tech's spares drawer.
