About these labels
Custom flight case labels printed to your design on official PAL foam-backed labels, 210mm x 150mm. Add your tour or production name, logo, colours, department and case-numbering fields, and we send you a mock-up to approve before anything is printed.
PAL (Plastic Adhesive Laminate) labels are designed and made by Le Mark in the UK. The surface is write-on, wipe-off: write contents, weights or job details straight onto the label, then clean it off with a PAL label cleaner when the case goes out on the next job. The design is printed on the underside of a 440 micron heavy-duty PVC top layer, which helps protect it from scuffs on the road.
How ordering works
- Choose a pack of 50, 100, 150 or 200 labels.
- Send us your artwork or tell us what you need, and we prepare a mock-up.
- Once you approve the mock-up, your labels go into production.

How does ordering work?
Choose a pack, then design your label here or upload your own artwork. We prepare a mock-up for you to approve, and once you approve it your labels go into production.
Can I use just my logo, with no title text?
Yes. Leave the tour or production name empty (or tick “Logo only” once you have added a logo) and your logo fills the header. You can make the header taller, shorter or narrower, and place the logo yourself anywhere on the label.
What can go on the label?
Your tour or production name, a logo, accent colours and a set of boxes for the details you write on each case, such as job number, department, date out and contents.
What is the artwork setup charge?
It covers setting up a new design. Every design you order gets a reorder code, shown in your basket and on your order confirmation. Enter it at the top of this page to bring the design back with no setup charge. You do not need an account.
Can I choose the label colour and print colours?
The label material itself comes in white and a set of fluorescent colours, so you pick one of those rather than a custom background colour. On top of that you can choose an accent colour for the banner or bars, and text colours. The price shown is for black print on a white label. Extra print colours and fluorescent stock can cost more, so we confirm any difference with your mock-up before anything is printed.
Will the printed colours match my screen?
Labels are digitally printed, and a computer proof is only a guide to the finished colours, so they can differ slightly from what you see on screen. We send you a mock-up to approve before anything is printed.
Which file types can I upload?
Logos can be PNG, JPG, SVG or WebP. If you are sending finished artwork you can also use PDF, AI or EPS. Each file can be up to 25MB. A large PNG or an SVG gives the sharpest result.
Can I remove a label once it is fitted?
PAL labels are made as long-term labels and are not designed for easy removal. Apply them to a clean, dry surface free from grease and dust, then press firmly over the whole label.
Do I need to wait for approval?
Yes. Nothing is printed until you have approved your mock-up. Printing takes about 10 to 15 working days from approval of your artwork, plus delivery.
