Pro-Gaff® red gaffer tape in the 48mm (2in) width gives you a clear, easily identified colour for colour-coded cable runs, road case ID and position marks, on the same matt cloth tape used across film, TV, theatre, photography and live events. It also covers the everyday jobs: securing cables, labelling gear and temporary repairs.

Each roll is Pro Tapes' Pro-Gaff, made in the USA with a cotton cloth backing and synthetic rubber adhesive, and free of PVC. It tears by hand lengthways and across, conforms to irregular surfaces and can be written on with pens and markers. Pro Tapes rates it weather resistant and suitable for outdoor use; Le Mark adds that it's intended for indoor and temporary outdoor jobs rather than as a permanent waterproof seal. For the cleanest removal, apply it to clean, dry surfaces, test delicate finishes first and take it up once it's no longer needed.
