A two-pack of Gritin COB LED head torches: battery powered, lightweight and hands-free, for patching behind a rack, changing strings in a dark wing or finding a dropped drum key under a riser without juggling a phone torch.

Each lamp has a single button on top that cycles through high, low and strobe, and the lamp tilts on its bracket through 45° so the beam lands on your work rather than in a colleague's eyes. With two in the pack, one can live in the stage box and one in the FOH case, or one can go to whoever forgot theirs. Six AAA batteries come in the box, enough to fit both lamps.
