The GEWA Drum Muffling Rings Set is four overtone control rings that lie on the drum head to take the ring out of lively toms and snares. You get one 10", one 12" and two 14" rings, so a 14" snare and a 14" floor tom can both be covered.

It is the quick fix when a kit rings too much for the room or the mix: lay a ring on the batter head for a shorter, punchier, deader note, and lift it off again when you want the drum open. There is no tape, gel or fixing involved, so nothing is left on the head.
