LeMark MagTape® Matt 500 in black is a professional matt gaffer tape and camera tape, designed by Le Mark for TV, film, arts and entertainment work. Its anti-reflection coating gives a super-matt surface with a reflection ratio of just 1.9%, so a strip of black MagTape keeps a low profile around cameras, lights and stage equipment.

Use it to secure cable runs temporarily, mark stage and floor positions, ID road cases, mark up a console or handle general on-set fixes. The 80 mesh cloth is durable yet tears cleanly by hand across both the length and the width, and the surface takes a marker for quick labels.

The adhesive balances hold with clean removal: Le Mark rates it peel-clean for up to 120 days, leaving minimal, if any, residue on a wide variety of surfaces. Some surfaces, especially those high in plasticiser, can cause adhesive transfer, so test a small area first on anything delicate. For best results apply to a smooth, clean, dry surface free from dust and oil.
